CORPORATE WILDERNESS RETREAT

Corporate retreats are one of the best ways for your company to build strength as a team and come together to tackle objectives in an inspiring environment that fosters bonding and teamwork.

When coming up with corporate retreat ideas, it can be tough to find something that truly offers a stark contrast to the everyday environment of your company. What better backdrop than the Bridger-Teton National Forest, a breathtaking 3.4-million-acre expanse of mountains, valleys, plains, rivers, streams and gorges.

As part of the greater Yellowstone ecosystem, the Grand Tetons are home to one of the most diverse species of wildlife found anywhere on the North American continent. Ever since becoming a national park in 1929, the Grand Tetons have been famous for its array of elk, bighorn sheep, fox, moose, wolves, bears, and over 355 different species of wild birds, including the Bald Eagle. Staggering pyramidal peaks formed by melting glaciers offer a dramatic backdrop to the lush forests teeming with life below. Its namesake, the Grand Tetons stands at 13,775 feet and is included in what is known as the Cathedral Group – the tallest peaks in the park.

Reward your top employees with an experience they’ll never forget in an environment free from the distractions and hustle and bustle of daily life.

ALL-INCLUSIVE CORPORATE RETREATS

The benefits of a retreat on the overall satisfaction, success and efficiency of a corporate team are well-documented. A diverse and unpredictable environment, like the rugged mountains of the Grand Tetons, can unveil strengths of your team members that, in a more modern setting, you may not have had the opportunity to realize

In an all-inclusive glamping setting where you don’t need to worry about the hassle and stress of managing all that’s needed for a wilderness retreat, you and your team will benefit from the quiet simplicity and ruggedness of nature while focusing on your objectives for the trip and spending quality time getting to know each other on a deeper level.

Glamping offers a marriage of the best of both worlds: the serenity of camping in the picturesque landscape that is Bridger-Teton National Forest and the modern convenience of having your meals, accommodation, and all the details handled by our seasoned staff. Your team members will only need to pack their duffel bags and hop on a plane to Jackson Hole Airport, where we will pick you up and cater to your every need for the duration of your stay with us.

CORPORATE RETREAT PACKAGES

We offer a few different Corporate retreat packages based on your preferred length of stay and activities, such as horseback riding or fly fishing. SMALL CORPORATE RETREAT LOCATIONS

We have many miles of trails that can be accessed directly from the Glamping on the Greys camp, or our team will happily transport your group to locations farther away from the camp.

Grand Teton National Park is home to some of the best hiking and biking trails in North America and offers unparalleled opportunities to interact with nature and witness the animals of North America in a protected wilderness location. With longer, full-day hikes like the hike to Grayback Ridge and shorter, half-day hikes such as the trail to Jenny Lake, there is terrain appropriate for all skill levels.

Horseback riding is one of the most popular ways to absorb the landscape of the Bridger-Teton National Forest, as you can cover a lot more ground without tiring, and it lends a more authentically Western feel to your experience. Upon your team’s arrival, we will show everyone to their private, sumptuously outfitted canvas tents (complete with wood floors) while the chef starts preparing a meal. Relax and unwind as you unpack your things and prepare for a full day of activities. Cool off by taking a dip in Bailey Lake or wade into one of the many streams that are tributaries of the Snake River.

JACKSON HOLE WYOMING RETREAT

Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is one of the most sought-after destinations in North America for those looking to unplug and surround themselves with nature in its purest form. A world-class destination for fly fishermen, backcountry skiers, nature photographers and horseback riders, it has everything needed for an enriching corporate or family retreat.

HIKING/MOUNTAIN BIKING

Hiking is another one of our most popular activities for groups looking to go out and explore. The trails that our horses follow may also be used for mountain biking, so feel free to bring your bike equipment if that’s what tickles your fancy.

FISHING

Anglers come from all over the world to fish for the Snake River Fine Spotted Cutthroat Trout found here. They are known for biting a wide variety of nymphs and though the majority of people catch and release, you may keep a few up to the limit designated by the Wyoming Department of Game and Fish. You can also find Brown Trout and Rainbow Trout in the waters of the Snake River in Wyoming. While the majority of people fish from the bankside, there are many areas of the Little Greys River where wading in is possible. Fly fishing rules supreme in this area, but hook-and-lure is also popular. You will need to obtain a license for all fishing in Wyoming. These can easily be obtained online or at local KJ’s market.

WAGON RIDES

Take a ride on a horse-drawn wagon and enjoy the scenery how many of those who migrated West did when settling here. Sit back, relax and absorb the breathtaking views and fresh scents that you discover along the path.

SWIMMING

There are numerous places to take a cool and refreshing dip after a satisfying hike through the wilderness. From the camp-adjacent Bailey Lake to Jenny Lake, which is a mile’s hike away from camp.
